Returns and Refund Policy

At Expervitit, we stand behind every piece we put our name on. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply does not fit the way it should, we will make it right. This policy outlines exactly how our returns and refund process works so that you always know where you stand before, during, and after your purchase.

When Can You Return an Order

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived physically damaged during transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its appearance or wearability
  • The product delivered does not match the size you ordered at the time of purchase

We do not accept returns for reasons outside of the above, including change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer. We encourage all customers to consult our size charts cautiously before placing an order.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags must still be attached and intact
  • Returned in the original packaging it arrived in
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer without further processing.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return with Expervitit is straightforward. Here is how it works:

  • Contact us at info@expervitit.com during business hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM HKT
  • Share your order number, the reason for your return, and photographs of the item where applicable
  • Once we review and acknowledge your request, we will arrange a pickup from a location and time that is convenient for you
  • There are absolutely no return fees or restocking charges applicable. Expervitit manages the entire return logistics process on your behalf

Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it within 24 hours of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome of the inspection via the email address linked to your order. At this stage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Exchange: If the product you originally ordered is available in the correct size or without the defect, we will arrange an exchange and dispatch the replacement to you promptly
  • Refund: If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability or the nature of the issue, a refund will be offered and processed subject to approval

Refund Process

Since Expervitit operates on a Cash on Delivery payment model, which we believe builds genuine transparency and trust with every customer, all approved refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer. Here is how the refund process works step by step:

  • Once your return is approved, we will reach out to request your bank account details securely
  • Please provide your bank name, account number, and account holder name as registered with your bank
  • Once we receive your bank details, we will initiate the bank transfer within 24 hours
  • Depending on your bank and their internal processing timelines, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days
  • All refund transactions are handled in accordance with the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584) of the Laws of Hong Kong

Your personal banking details will be collected and handled strictly in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), commonly referred to as the PDPO. We collect only what is necessary to process your refund and do not retain or share your banking information beyond that purpose.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered where the requested replacement product is available in our current inventory. If the product you need is out of stock at the time of your return approval, we will automatically move to the refund process as outlined above. We will always communicate availability to you clearly and promptly so that you can make an informed decision.

No Hidden Fees

Expervitit does not charge any return fees, restocking fees, or administrative charges at any stage of the return and refund process. What you paid for your order is what comes back to you in full if your refund is approved. No deductions, no surprises.
