Shipping Policy

At Expervitit, we want every order to reach you smoothly, on time, and exactly as expected. Please read the following shipping policy cautiously before placing your order so that you have a clear understanding of how we handle delivery within Hong Kong.

Order Processing

All orders placed on the Expervitit website are subject to an internal processing period before shipment. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Business days at Expervitit are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT). Orders placed outside of these hours, on weekends, or on Hong Kong public holidays as gazetted under the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149) of the Laws of Hong Kong, will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery within Hong Kong is completed within 2 to 3 business days. This means that the total fulfilment period, from the date of confirmed payment to the date of delivery, is 4 to 5 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to delays caused by circumstances outside of our direct control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions affecting our delivery partners.

Delivery Coverage

Expervitit ships exclusively within Hong Kong. We deliver to addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands where delivery services are accessible. At this time, we do not ship to any destination outside of Hong Kong under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to Mainland China, Macau, and all international destinations. Orders placed with a delivery address outside of Hong Kong will not be processed and a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

No International Shipping

Expervitit does not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be placed with a valid Hong Kong delivery address. If you attempt to place an order with a non-Hong Kong address, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check back in the future as our delivery coverage may expand over time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This confirmation will include relevant tracking information where available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@expervitit.com and our team will look into this for you promptly.

Personal Data and Privacy

Any personal information collected during the checkout and shipping process, including your name, delivery address, and contact details, is handled in full compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong, commonly referred to as the PDPO. Expervitit collects only the personal data necessary to fulfil your order and does not share your information with third parties beyond what is required to complete delivery.
