Expervitit is a Hong Kong based fashion brand offering curated menswear and womenswear. We operate exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and all transactions, deliveries, and customer interactions are governed by the applicable laws of Hong Kong. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Expervitit website, browsing our collections, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with a purchase. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Products and Descriptions
Expervitit makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, size charts, images, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and representative of the actual item. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen display settings across devices. We encourage all customers to:

Expervitit reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any product listing from the website at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Expervitit website are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Expervitit reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, Expervitit will notify you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Payment
Expervitit operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. This means that payment is collected at the point of delivery by our designated delivery personnel. By placing an order with Expervitit, you confirm that you will have the full order amount available in cash at the time of delivery. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to non-payment at delivery will be considered as cancelled and may affect your ability to place future orders with Expervitit. All payment transactions are handled in accordance with the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584) of the Laws of Hong Kong.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
All orders placed on the Expervitit website are processed within 2 business days of confirmed order placement. Delivery is completed within 4 to 5 business days from the date of order, inclusive of the processing period. The following conditions apply to all orders:
- Expervitit ships exclusively within Hong Kong, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and accessible outlying islands
- We do not ship to any destination outside of Hong Kong under any circumstances, including Mainland China, Macau, and all international destinations
- Orders placed with a non-Hong Kong delivery address will be cancelled and a notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays as gazetted under the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149) of the Laws of Hong Kong

7. Cancellation Policy
At Expervitit, we understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as straightforward and fair as possible for all parties involved.
Customer Initiated Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled by the customer before it is dispatched, which takes 2 business days
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@expervitit.com with your order number and cancellation request
- If your cancellation request is received and approved within the eligible window, your order will be cancelled at no charge to you
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy
Expervitit Initiated Cancellations
Expervitit reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The delivery address provided is outside of Hong Kong
- The product ordered is no longer available in our inventory after order placement
- A pricing error is identified on the product at the time of purchase
- There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity associated with the order
In all cases where Expervitit initiates a cancellation, the customer will be notified via email and no charges will be applied given our Cash on Delivery payment model.
8. Returns and Refunds
Expervitit accepts returns within 30 days of delivery strictly in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the size ordered. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of a returned item, Expervitit will inspect it within 24 hours and offer an exchange or a bank transfer refund where applicable. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. There are no return fees or restocking charges applicable at any stage. All returns and refunds are governed by the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) of the Laws of Hong Kong. 9. Privacy and Personal Data
Expervitit collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of order fulfilment, customer communication, and website improvement. All personal data is handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong, commonly referred to as the PDPO. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary to complete your order. 10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Expervitit website, including but not limited to product names, descriptions, images, logos, brand identity, and written content, is the intellectual property of Expervitit and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) and the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) of the Laws of Hong Kong. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Expervitit website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Expervitit will not be held liable for:
- Delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control, including adverse weather, public holidays, or logistical disruptions
- Loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery address information provided by the customer
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from Expervitit
- Website downtime, procedural errors, or interruptions affecting access to our online store
Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer as governed by the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of the Laws of Hong Kong.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, including disputes relating to orders, products, payments, or customer interactions, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. 13. Amendments to These Terms
Expervitit reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
